From this screen, we successfully identified hit compounds that were taken forward into Lead Optimization.

"The assay involved a protein:protein interaction (PPI), using reagents manufactured by Promega (NanoBRET). Gary and his team rapidly imported the reagents from Promega, evaluated the PPI combinations and, identified the most appropriate tagged partners based on assay optimisation.
They then, performed a complex validation step involving pharmacological intervention upstream of the target as no tool compounds were available and, then screened a significant number of compounds in 384 well format. The hits were taken forward to IC50 determination and selectivity assays. The project progressed very smoothly, with a high level of communication between me, the scientists on the project and our academic team.
The lab work was performed to a very high standard in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gary and his team to anyone looking to outsource Bioscience projects."
