The amination of aryl-halides is one of the most widespread and commonplace transformations in modern medicinal chemistry. At Charnwood Discovery we investigated the use of the mild reaction conditions observed in electrochemical nickel-catalysed aryl-halide amination.
By accessing this transformation and having an open access IKA ElectraSyn 2.0 Pro system, our chemist have an extra tool in their tool-box of approaches to aryl-halide aminations.
