On the 25- 28 September 2023 at Discovery on Target, James Hitchin presented Charnwood Discovery’s first ever poster based on an internal integrated drug discovery project.
Here is what James had to say about the day:

“Last week was wonderful and represents the fulfilment of a long-held ambition for the team at Charnwood Discovery. For the first time in the history of our company, we presented a poster showcasing our growing capabilities as an expert provider of integrated drug discovery services. This poster was presented at Discovery on Target Boston and covers our work towards the identification of a novel series of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.”
James goes on to say:
“This work reflects and perfectly encapsulates our ongoing growth and evolution as a company, as well as the continued expansion of our service boundary to include a comprehensive suite of fully integrated drug discovery services. This platform of services is now being deployed routinely by our team of experts on client projects to support collaborative value creation and drive our clients’ projects forward towards their next key decision point.
Of course, great work is only possible when you are backed and supported by great people and an incredibly creative and dedicated team of expert scientists. Last week, it therefore fills me with a healthy mixture of both pleasure and pride to present this poster, standing on the shoulders of the giants who are my dear colleagues at Charnwood Discovery, without whom, none of this would be possible.
