At Charnwood Discovery, we can provide image quantification via the use of multiparameter algorithms to assess phenotypic and biochemical changes at the single cell level. This allows us to profile lead compounds by detailing phenotypic changes such as morphology, protein localisation and proliferation, while also monitoring cell health and cytotoxicity.
Our imaging capabilities are extended to include both 2D and 3D modelling formats (such as spheroids and cells grown on synthetic scaffolds), the latter of which more closely resembles the way cells arrange in vivo.
Optimized Screening Methods
Our scientists have access to a suite of imaging instruments and can perform experiments in both a live and fixed cell format.
Live-cell imaging unlocks the ability to measure phenotypic changes kinetically, while high content imaging visualizes cell behaviors at higher resolution.
This gives us the flexibility to adapt and optimize our screening methods to provide informative and relevant data on your target of interest.
